*NOTE TO INTERNET EXPLORER 7 USERS:  If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you will need to log in twice.  When you enter the FTP Server and log in the first time, you will see a list of Directories on the FTP Server and it will say FTP Root at (ip address).  To View this FTP Site you will need to click on the "Page" button then click on "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer".  You will then be prompted for your Username and Password again.*
